Master Plant Retreat – Sandy Beach & Pacific Ocean
 
A rare opportunity to dieta by the ocean
 
This is a very special retreat we have been dreaming into being — an intimate Master Plant Dieta and Ayahuasca Retreat directly by the Pacific Ocean in Northern Peru.
 
Imagine waking up to the sound of the waves, spending your dieta days close to the ocean, sitting in ceremony with the Shipibo Ikaros of our Maestra — while outside, the waves sing their own songs.
The salty air, the vastness of the Pacific, the sandy beach just outside, and — at this time of year — even whales passing along the coast create an extraordinary setting for going inward, listening deeply, and connecting with the Plant Teachers.
 
An intimate and evolving retreat
 
At the moment, our beautiful beach house offers private rooms for four participants.
We are still looking for a second suitable house nearby that would allow us to open the retreat to a larger group. But even if we don't find it, we want to go ahead with this retreat — as a very intimate small-group experience.
Depending on whether we welcome four people or a larger group of around ten participants, some details of the retreat setup will naturally be different.
We will keep you updated as things unfold and more spaces become available.
 
Another possibility for experienced participants
 
For people who already have experience with Master Plant Dieta and this kind of work, there may also be the possibility of renting your own private beach house nearby and joining us at the main retreat house for ceremonies and other parts of the retreat.
There are different possibilities — and we are happy to explore together what could work.

One thing is already clear:

Receiving the Shipibo Ikaros of the Maestra while the Pacific sings outside.
Breathing the salty ocean air.
Walking barefoot on the sand.
And, with some luck, watching the whales pass by.

• The first ceremony is on the second evening, and then every other night.

• We will meet at the venue around 11:00 am on the first day, before lunch.

• Departure will be after breakfast on the last day.

• The address of the venue and our meeting point will be shared by email.

Food & Shipibo Ayahuasca Diet

​

Different food options will be made available, such as vegan, vegetarian, chicken, or fish. Options can also be made available to cater to various food allergies. Of course, all food provided respects Shipibo Plant Dieta requirements and therefore is always diet-friendly. Generally, it is not recommended to eat large amounts.

During the Sama fasting times 24h fasting times are required around the ceremony nights. Additionally, to go deeper, it is recommended sometimes to fast and only drink water.

This will be individually discussed depending on your process and the required energy work that is happening.

Accommodation Before/After:

It’s whale season along this special stretch of Peru’s northern coast. If you can, we highly recommend arriving a few days early or staying a little longer. Take the opportunity to head out onto the Pacific and witness these magnificent giants in their natural habitat — a truly unforgettable experience.

• Shipibo Art/Craft: There will be handmade art products displayed for guests to buy that have been made by the Shipibo Maestra’s family

• In case of emergency: doctor/ hospital/ transport fees

• The closest airport is Talara, about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Tumbes Airport is approximately 3 hours away.​

• I will announce the retreat address via email after the application process is finished.

• There is a Medical Guideline Form; please read this before contacting me.

• You will receive ebooks with video playlists after your registration to support you in your preparation and integration time.

• You must accept the pre- and post-diet restrictions - please read them!

• I will send you a “to bring list” to make your stay more comfortable, and I will share more practical information after completing your application.

• Preparation and integration are very important; for this reason, I offer continuum care packages, so you have online support before and after to get the most out of your experience.

• I started recently learning with a Shaman from an old Andean Tradition, maybe if we are lucky and all flows well, he will offer a ceremony for us to align and connect with the Mountain energies. This is still in the air and will remain open. The chances are high that he will be with us for a daytime ceremony. I will keep you informed.
