Psycho-Spiritual Somatic Approach

I provide a combination of mentoring, transformative coaching, and energy work.
In our sessions we engage in somatic-psycho-spiritual inquiry and exploration.

Embark on a Somatic-Psycho-Spiritual Journey

Curious about the diverse approaches that may shape your personalized journey with me?

Somatic Practice

Why is awareness anchored in the body so important?

Somatic awareness helps us to be more with ourselves.
It helps us to truly be “at home.”

Our body awareness carries a pure intelligence that does not just tell a story, as we may have learned to do with our mind.

Our body awareness is direct.
It speaks directly to us.

A pressure, a contraction, a heaviness, a tightness, the feeling of wanting to run away, discomfort, nausea, tension, a pulling, a tingling, lightness, inner openness, joy, the desire to dance or jump, warmth, a pulsing.

All these sensations are ways the body communicates.

Psycho-Spiritual Inquiry

Curiosity and openness are essential qualities when we want to grow beyond our inner limitations.

Only through openness and curiosity can we enter new spaces, have new experiences, and integrate deeper and higher levels within our system.

Our consciousness can expand when we bring openness and curiosity with us.

Exploring — without searching for quick answers — is a journey into the mystical.

Time and space are no longer perceived as limits.

Through feeling, observing, and reflecting, the simple act of being is trained.

To what extent can I simply be?

Without having an answer, without thinking about the next step, without analyzing or wanting to find a quick solution.

What reveals itself in these states of being?

Often they lead to calmness and deceleration.

In this state qualities such as inner peace, trust, compassion, and love can arise.

What effect does this have on our everyday life and actions?

How can I experience and embody this space of somatic-psychological-spiritual being in my present life?

It brings us deeper into our being and closer to our inner self-leadership.

We are able to take more conscious responsibility as our perception grows for the most subtle levels and movements that ripple through ourselves and our environment.

Awareness of these subtle levels is essential so that we can coordinate our creations consciously and responsibly — first in the inner world and then in the outer world.

Some people see colors, patterns or textures.
For others beings or entities may appear.

Everything is welcome in our sessions.

I myself work consciously and clearly with specific life-supportive energies that often guide and influence my intuition.

Psychology & Spirituality

These sessions guide a personal somatic-psycho-spiritual journey toward self-mastery and inner inspiration.

You are welcome to join, whether or not you have experience with plant medicines.

Psychology and spirituality are two sides of the same coin.
They cannot be separated when we see them from a liberated condition.

“Psychology is an ongoing experience from self, spirituality is the transcendence of the particulars.”
(A.H. Almaas)

A Holistic View of Life

Humans and life are magical and beautiful.

I believe in our potential, power, and our ability to create from the inside out.
I trust that we can grow and learn with life in a holistic and sacred way, regardless of what appears.

Instead of calling something a problem, I call it a project.

What do I mean by living life in a holistic and sacred way?

We become aware that everything in life is connected.
We can feel held by the universe and perceive a bigger picture.

We develop the capacity to trust in healing and wholeness and to find peace and liberation even during challenging times.

Even if situations seem devastating, we can remain open to learning and growing with whatever appears.

In my sessions I aim to offer the experience of the sacredness of life and how we are embedded in a web of consciousness.

My intention is to remember that life is unlimited.

We are in a human experience and we always have the possibility to learn, grow, heal, and transform.

I trust that we can live our life and find personal truth and alignment independently from our circumstances.

“Spirituality is contact with reality, contact with existence beyond the realm of imagination.
This awareness of reality frees you from suffering.
When all imaginary thought is removed, truth remains.”
(Prem Baba)

Learning to touch presence means learning to touch reality.

Learning to distinguish what is our imagination, programming or inner fantasy and what is truly present involves touching truth and gaining clarity.

This brings us into true power.

Energy & Human Nature

The realization that everything is energy and that we are spiritual beings is often a missing link for many people.

This disconnection can cause people to lose contact with their true essence and creative potential.

Humans are inherently holistic beings.
We are born deeply connected to everything around us.

As we grow, however, we often learn to perceive and live in a more separate way.

In many societies, the essence of beingness was replaced by doingness, often driven by fear.

Fear-based living can become normal without us realizing it.

Today, we see more clearly than ever how disconnection from spirit, nature, and universal wisdom has created suffering on our planet.

Humans are very comprehensive beings.

If we exclude or separate parts of ourselves, this separation will be reflected both internally and externally.

In my sessions, I aim to invite the experience of wholeness by including everything that is present for you.

Humans need space to remember their pure beingness and connectedness.

If we want to live a healthy holistic life, we need to remember who we really are.

Separation is the opposite of healing.

Healing means reconnecting.

Focus & Creative Responsibility

We are humans with a powerful mind, strong emotions, a physical body and spiritual connections.

We need to learn again how to use all of our intelligence in a healthy way.

We have many natural gifts — we simply need to learn how to align and organize them.

It is about focus and attention.

What do you believe in?
Where do you place your energy?

This is what becomes alive.

Psycho-Spiritual Mentoring — What to Expect

Do you want to gain your true power to create?
Do you want to take responsibility?

Consciousness and responsibility go together.

How willing are you to face your inner truth?

To inquire into who you are and how you became who you are is a deeply personal process.

For me this is the most fascinating work to be engaged in.

Are you ready to leave your comfort zone in order to find real integrity in yourself?

If we want liberation in our life we must be willing to let go.

“There will be times when it's not about feeling better — it will be about better feeling.”
(Michael Brown)

The path toward truth requires us to allow ourselves to feel.

We meet anger, fear, sadness and all colors of the rainbow.

Old pain can pass when we allow energy to move.

This journey is about maturing into a wiser and more experienced human being who lives in connection.

Sensitivity and vulnerability are essential for true growth.

Working Together

My intention is to provide a safe container for all parts of you that want to be seen.

I am here with you.

Through mentoring, coaching, somatic exploration, and inquiry I stand on your side with compassion.

I believe liberation happens when truth is allowed to surface.

Healing and transformation unfold in their own timing.

It is not a linear process.

There is space to be playful and joyful while diving deeply into experience.

The more curiosity, joy and openness we bring, the more receptive we become.

I recognize the power each person carries and the importance of learning to guide our energy consciously.

When we align with life-supportive energies — what some shamans call “God-made good” — we begin to create goodness in our life.

“If you take 100% responsibility for the way you are, you get a brighter tomorrow.
If you blame your past, work, society, politics, parents or partner for the way you are, you forsake your future before it comes.”
(Dr. Gabor Maté)

My intention is to create a compassionate and present space with you wherever you are on your path.

Your true being is invited.

I bring into my work my ongoing learning in psycho-spiritual and somatic approaches, my years of dieting master plants within the Shipibo tradition, my intuition, and my experience in the field of healing and healing education.

Do you enjoy exploring through connection and reflection?
Discovering your potential?
Finding the roots of your most pressing issues?
Transforming patterns through deep compassion?

What do you need to bring to our sessions?

Openness, curiosity, and the motivation to explore.

Compassionate Inquiry & Trauma & Ancestral Healing

Building a compassionate relationship with oneself and developing the energy of compassion is essential for living a holistically healthy life.

Do you want to step into your full potential and experience a sense of oneness within yourself?

Then your awareness needs to resonate with compassion.

We are shaped by our childhood environments, by the emotional experiences of our mothers during pregnancy, and by the traces of our ancestors.

We are a sum of our ancestors.

The more our ancestors were able to process their trauma, the freer we are able to live.

In my work I sometimes use Compassionate Inquiry to explore childhood experiences when patterns appear that limit your present life.

We only explore the past when it helps reveal patterns that are still influencing the present.

When we approach these patterns with compassion and from multiple perspectives they can begin to soften.

As inner safety grows, old patterns formed through fear, shock or grief can relax.

When these parts are seen, felt and heard, space begins to open.

This space can then be filled with awareness and compassion, which has a powerful impact on daily life.

Often we reconnect with younger parts of ourselves and invite them back into our whole being.

These are deep emotional processes that support healing and wholeness.

The more we recognize unconscious reactions and protective patterns, the more space we create to respond consciously instead of reacting automatically.

This opens the possibility for a more mature and aligned way of living.

At some point in life it becomes time to heal the wounds of the past.

Our interaction with life begins to change.

Reactions transform into conscious responses.

This creates a new space of responsibility and conscious living.

Compassionate Inquiry also includes somatic awareness, allowing us to access implicit and explicit memories held within the body.

These insights help us understand ourselves more deeply and create more freedom of movement in our lives.

Over time, different approaches around compassionate inquiry, ancestral healing, "partwork", and somatic work have merged within my work.

Guided by the present moment, by my teacher plants and life-supportive energies, each session unfolds naturally.

The work flows from the present moment.
