My sessions combine psycho-spiritual inquiry, somatic awareness, mentoring, integration work and energy awareness.
A central part of my work is supporting people in refining their sensitivity to inner and subtle processes — learning how to consciously relate to their emotions, body sensations, thoughts and energetic perception.
Together we explore what is arising in the present moment and how you can align your life more consciously with who you truly are.

Session Format
• Sessions usually take place online via Zoom
• Session duration: 60–75 minutes
• If we are in the same location sessions can also happen in person
For deeper processes I recommend a minimum of three sessions.
Many clients choose to work together every 10–14 days, allowing the work to integrate more naturally into everyday life.
