Plant Medicine Retreat on the Pacific Coast of Peru
This is rare. Ayahuasca ceremonies and Shipibo masterplant dietas held in close proximity to the Pacific Ocean — ocean air, open horizon, the rhythm of the sea as a constant presence. There is almost nowhere else in the world where you can work with authentic Shipibo medicine in this kind of setting.

Ocean & Beach Retreat Venue
The jungle is dense, inward, electric with life. The mountains are vast, grounding, ancient. The ocean is open. There is a release that comes with wide horizons that is different from anything the jungle or the Andes offer. For some people — and some processes — this openness is exactly what is needed.
The Peruvian Pacific coast is quieter than many expect. North Peru in particular carries a dry, clear quality — long beaches, warm light, and a stillness that supports integration as much as ceremony.
Maestra Juana brings her Shipibo lineage to every location True Journey works in. The medicine is the same. The container the environment creates around it is unique.

Private Groups
The Pacific Coast is available for private retreat groups. Dates are arranged directly with Ute — at least 12 months in advance where possible to allow time to work with Maestra Juana's schedule and prepare a program suited to your group's intentions.
All participants follow the same application process, medical guidelines, and pre- and post-dieta protocols as all True-Journey retreats.
