Somatic Practice: Why is awareness anchored in the body so important? Somatic awareness helps us to be more with ourselves. It helps us to truly be “at home.” Our body awareness carries a pure intelligence that doesn’t just tell a story, as we may have learned to do with our mind. Our body awareness is direct. It speaks directly to us. A pressure, a contraction, a heaviness, a tightness, the feeling of wanting to run away, discomfort, nausea, tension, a pulling, a tingling, lightness, inner openness, joy, the desire to dance or jump, warmth, a pulsing ... These consciously perceived sensations and feelings speak to us. It is a wonderful, deep language that opens doors for us to get to know ourselves better and to guide ourselves through life with deeper alignment. Somatic experiences have become part of my everyday life, and I feel more and more one with everything since I began to open these doors of perception. I do my best to keep opening these doors further. It can go incredibly deep, as these feelings and perceptions open the doors to a subtle reality where everything is connected on a felt level. It helps us to be in the body and, at the same time, to be connected with the subtle, infinite energies. Isn’t that fantastic? For this reason, somatic awareness always has space in our sessions. Depending on how you resonate with it, and depending on your level of experience in this field, it will unfold with us in different ways.
Psycho–Spiritual Inquiry? Curiosity and openness are essential qualities when we want to grow beyond our inner limitations. Only through openness and curiosity can we enter new spaces, have new experiences, and integrate deeper and higher levels within our system. Our consciousness can only expand when we bring a certain openness and curiosity with us. Exploring—without searching for quick answers—is a journey into the mystical. Time and space are no longer perceived as limits. Through feeling, observing, and reflecting, the simple act of being is trained. To what extent can I simply be? Without having an answer, without thinking about the next step, without analyzing, or wanting to find a quick solution? What reveals itself in these states of being? Often, they lead to calmness and deceleration. In this state, qualities such as sense of inner peace, trust, compassion, and love can arise... What effect does this have on our everyday life and actions? How can I experience and embody this space of somatic–psychological–spiritual being in my present life? It brings us deeper into our being—and closer to our inner self-leadership. We are able to take more conscious responsibility, as our perception grows for the most subtle levels and movements that ripple through ourselves and our environment. Awareness of these subtle levels is essential—especially at the forefront—so that we can coordinate our creations consciously and responsibly, first in the inner world and then in the outer. Some people see colors, patterns, or textures. For others, beings or entities may appear. Everything is welcome in our sessions. I myself work consciously and clearly with specific life-supportive energies that often guide and influence me and my intuition.

Compassionate Inquiry & Trauma Building a compassionate relationship with oneself and developing the deep energy and quality of compassion within one's own field is essentially important in order to live a holistically healthy life. Do you want to step into your full potential? Do you want to feel the sense of “oneness” within yourself and in your life? Then your awareness needs to be in resonance with compassion. As most of us know, we are all shaped and influenced by our childhood environment, by the emotional experiences of our mother during pregnancy, and traces of our ancestors also remain anchored within us. We are a sum of our ancestors. The more they were able to process their trauma, the freer we are able to live. I use Compassionate Inquiry to dive into certain childhood experiences – as long as limiting patterns appear in the mental, emotional, or somatic fields of your present life. We only explore the past when it seems that long-established patterns are currently holding you back from stepping into your full potential. To truly resolve certain limiting patterns, it is an effective method to approach their origin with compassion and look at them from different angles. When we are able to find deep compassion for ourselves and for the various parts within us, it helps to slowly dissolve the contracting patterns. The more inner safety we are able to build within ourselves, the more old patterns – formed through fear, shock, and grief – can begin to relax. Through the relaxation of these old parts, which are now seen, felt, and heard, space and openness emerge. This space can be filled with awareness and compassion, which has a huge impact on our daily life. It is often necessary to reconnect with our younger parts, to lift them out of separation, and to invite them back into our whole being. These are deep emotional processes that lead to inner healing / wholeness. The more we can identify our daily unconscious reactions and recognize when we are responding in the present moment with an old protective or defensive mechanism from the past, the more inner space we can create and consciously choose a present response – in order to create a life of maturity and alignment. At some point in our lives, it is time to heal the wounds of the past. This allows us to become more conscious in our responses to life. Our interaction and our dance with life receive an upgrade. We create our own “upgraded version.” Reactions turn into conscious responses – which significantly impacts our entire life. A new space of responsibility and conscious living can begin here. With Compassionate Inquiry, we look at the mental and emotional levels and also invite our somatic awareness to support us in exploring limiting patterns. Here too, our somatic intelligence helps us to recognize implicit and explicit memories. These insights give us more space to move and help us understand ourselves more deeply. I learned Compassionate Inquiry in 2020 during a one-year training with Dr. Gabor Maté. By now, various methods have merged within my work. Depending on what is present in the moment – guided by my Teacher Plants and life supportive energies – a journey unfolds. The session flows from the present moment.
